All Lax LLC is a New Jersey girls' lacrosse program that trains out of the Goals Performance Academy facility and practices at Monmouth University. The club states its mission is to guide athletes through every stage of their journey by combining lacrosse skill work with strength and conditioning and nutrition education. Nationally, the program is ranked girls #32 on US Club Lax. The club also established the Marino Strong foundation in honor of Joseph Marino to carry on his legacy of compassion and selflessness.

PROGRAMS
Programs
All Lax organizes Select squads across developmental (5th-8th grade) and high school age brackets, along with a training membership open to players from any club or town program. Developmental teams emphasize skill development and teamwork with 12-14 practices and 3-4 local tournaments in summer, while high school teams attend 4-5 recruiting-focused tournaments. The fall season includes 5 practices and 2-4 competitive events per age group. For off-season training, the club offers a Winter League and college winter training programs.

TUITION
Cost to play
For Select team members, dues cover practices, tournament fees, field rentals, insurance, and equipment. Registration fees also include coaches' salary/travel, a team uniform, and two practice shirts (white/gray) plus a practice pinnie.
Coaches are vetted through an interview process based on their experience playing, coaching, or teaching, and all staff follow a required curriculum for year-to-year consistency.
Division I pedigree
Club directors are Division I players and All Americans with fitness backgrounds.

Co-Founder & Director Megan Douty is a USA Women's National Team member, a two-time National Champion at Maryland, a holder of multiple World Championship Gold Medals, and plays professionally for Athlete's Unlimited.
Alex Marino
Co-Founder & Director Alex Marino was a standout at Monmouth University who guided her squad to an NEC Championship, and she also coaches for American Select while managing club marketing.
