Established in 2004, Check-Hers Elite is a nonprofit girls' lacrosse club based in Carroll County, Maryland, affiliated with the Central Carroll Rec Council and Carroll County Parks & Rec. Holding a ranking of girls #68 on US Club Lax, the club conducts a competitive tryout for players ages 10-18 from Carroll County and surrounding areas. Programs
Check-Hers Elite fields competitive teams for graduation years 2028 through 2035-36, selecting players ages 10 to 18 via tryout. Teams enter tournaments during both the fall and summer seasons, competing at events including National Fall Fest, Rivalry, Champions Cup, and Continental Cup. Winter training includes goalie clinics held Sundays at facilities such as Carroll Indoor and Gerstell.
