PROGRAMS
Programs
Connecticut Valley Lacrosse serves boys in grades 3 through 12, running competitive teams alongside college recruiting showcases for grades 10-12. The fall season runs September-November for grades 3-12, featuring 6 practices and 2 tournaments. Winter programming runs December-February with 10 practice/event dates for grades 3-12, with no prior team required. The summer season operates June-August for grades 3-11, delivering 10-12 practices, positional clinics, and 3-4 tournaments.

Prospective families are asked to contact the club directly for questions concerning cost of programming and what is included. Tryout registration requires an entry fee of $50 per player. Summer tuition packages cover practices, tournaments, uniforms, and a helmet and bag for incoming players.
Program FounderMatthew Ramsay serves as Program Director & Recruiting Advisor, having previously coached as a Southington HS Varsity Assistant Coach and played at Eastern Connecticut State University.
Coaching structure
The club assigns 2 dedicated coaches per team, dividing tactical responsibilities between one offense, one defense coach.
Specialist staff
The program also maintains a full-time goalie and face-off coach on staff, with most coaches having competed at the college level.
