Programs
Empress Lacrosse fields travel teams from Futures (K-6th) through high school graduation years including 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2032/33, alongside a dedicated Fall 2027 team. The competitive calendar starts with Fall Ball practices and 2-3 tournaments, September through early November, before shifting into clinics and local high school winter leagues. Spring schedules consist of Sunday-only practices resuming in February through April, leading into 3x/week practices plus tournament schedule through June and July. Team practices and training sessions are held across Flash Fields, Sahlen, SportsPlex, Mill Middle, Medaille College.

TUITION
Cost to play
Estimated club tuition is listed as Juniors/Sophomores/Freshman - $2,950 and 8th Grade-3rd Grade - $2,350. The organization notes that player fees cover uniforms, tournament fees, practice fields, coaches' fees, practice pinnies, insurance, and coaches' travel fees. Families remain responsible for their own travel, lodging, and equipment costs, and must also pay a US Lacrosse membership fee of $35/year separately. The club maintains a refund policy for reasonable circumstances with a 50% refund if a player leaves before Dec. 31st, 25% between Jan 1-April 1, no refund after April 1st.
