About FLG Lacrosse

FLG Lacrosse is based in the Huntington area of New York, serving the Huntington area and surrounding communities since 2006. Founded as a boys and girls program, FLG evolved into a dedicated girls-only club. The organization is US Club Lax–ranked, runs LI showcases & tournaments, and maintains a stated focus on developing elite athletes.

Programs

FLG fields Girls Select Teams from Kindergarten (Love Lax) through 12th grade (Class of 2034 and younger classes through 2038), serving players from developmental levels to top recruiting-focused squads like 2027 Navy. Fall training provides 20 team practices, 2 tournaments, and a top-tier 7v7 league, followed by a winter season with 14 indoor sessions, 14 positional sessions, speed & agility, and the LILJ Winter League. The spring season and summer season each include 30+ practices, 5 tournaments, and a 3-day summer camp. Outdoor training takes place at Destination KP in Kings Park and Town of Huntington Fields.
