HHH (head, heart, hustle) is an elite boys club lacrosse program based in the Philadelphia area that trains year-round and travels to tournaments across the country. PROGRAMS
Programs
The boys program spans youth and middle school through high school, organizing players into age-based teams covering graduation classes 2026 through 2036, each with a head coach. Training is structured across fall, winter, spring, and summer to avoid conflicts with school and township lacrosse, with spring practices held on Sundays plus one weekday. Fall teams hold practice on Sundays plus one weekday alongside competitive play days and events, while the winter calendar includes play days and training events. During the summer season, teams practice twice weekly and travel to premier tournaments nationwide.

TUITION
Cost to play
Coaches hold current national-governing-body certifications, and the program keeps a published ratio of staff to players at every age group.
Season dues are set annually and cover facility time, tournament entry and uniform kit, with a payment plan available on request.

Founder Billy McKinney
Founder and CEO Billy McKinney coaches the 2029 and 2031 teams, serves as head coach at Germantown Academy, played collegiately at Denver University, played pro for the Philadelphia Barrage, and previously coached at Saint Joseph's, Lafayette, and Haverford.
Leadership staff
Program administration is directed by Kris McLaughlin, Director of Programming and Player Services, alongside Shane Taggert, Director of Operations and head coach for the 2028 and 2032 teams who also serves as head coach at The Pennington School.
Kevin Donnelly
The 2027 squad is headed by Spring Ford coach Kevin Donnelly, an HHH goalie coach who ranks 16th all-time in Pennsylvania high school wins with 281.

Staff across age groups include 2029 assistant Mac McLaughlin, 2030 head coach Ryan Doran, 2033–2036 coach Blake Rondeau, and 2027 assistant Todd Schreiner, a former Lehigh All-American and Rochester Rattlers professional player.
