PROGRAMS
Programs
For the 2026/27 season, High Tide fields boys teams for grades 2-5 and girls teams for grades 3-4, organized by graduation year. Every squad competes at the appropriate level to reinforce skill execution, confidence, and long-term athletic growth. Off-season offerings include post-PAL developmental clinics for kindergarten through 4th grade in the spring, followed by weekly developmental clinics running into July. Club activities and training sessions take place at venues such as Oceanside School #8, Freeport, and East Rockaway.

TUITION
Cost to play
High Tide utilizes an all-in tuition model that relies on all-inclusive pricing with no hidden fees. According to the club, player dues include no surprise tournament, uniform, or miscellaneous fees. Separate developmental clinics cost $30 per session or $150 for all six sessions, with inquiries directed to tom@hightidelacrosseclub.com.
The club notes that 100% of coaches have college playing experience, including former Division I/II players alongside current varsity coaches.
