Inter CT FC serves players from U4 through U19 across three branches, structured as a pathway through Micro Soccer (U4–U6), Pre-Team Academy (U6–U10), Pre–High School Teams (U8–U14), and High School Teams (U15–U19). Players progress toward National Stage 11v11 teams competing in DPL, USL, or NAL, alongside a U23 team, 'Pathway to Pro' USL affiliation options, seasonal camps, clinics, and elite group training. The schedule provides outdoor winter training at turf fields with indoor league play at SONO Field House, alongside USL Y summer competition and Summer Premier League for top players. Training takes place at All Saints Academy, Ridgefield Academy, Kristine Lilly Memorial Fields, SONO Field House, SportPerformance U, Northeast Athletic Center, K&G Elite Sports, and the Soccer Performance Center.
