About Ironbound Soccer Club

Ironbound Soccer Club operates out of Newark, NJ at 11 Providence Street under The Salvation Army Ironbound Soccer Club. Guided by its motto "building community through soccer, one goal at a time," the club works to develop both athletes and the coaches and staff who guide them. At the elite level, the program maintains an MLS NEXT ranking and an official NY Red Bulls training partnership. Programs

Ironbound SC serves youth from Kindergarten (MINIS) through 8th grade (JUNIORS) in its developmental pipeline, alongside older recruitment rosters spanning U15-U19 across MLS Next, Homegrown, and Academy divisions. Developmental clinics and team sessions are staged at Independence Park. Summer activity features an 8-week camp focused on fundamentals and confidence-building. Autumn action centers on Junior league play emphasizing participation and skill-based small-sided games. The winter calendar delivers an 8-week fundamentals camp paired with invite-only Pre-Travel sessions for 1st-2nd graders. Spring brings a Junior league season plus paid Pre-Travel track with 4v4 festivals.

Cost to play

Published rates list MINIS: free, Junior camps: $90, and Junior leagues: $135. Fees cover seasonal camp/league participation, but a separate one-time $50 uniform package purchase is required from a local supplier for Minis and Juniors. The Pre-Travel Winter session is listed as free with an added weekly session, while Spring Pre-Travel costs $150 and includes three 4v4 Festival Events. For the Junior tier, fees can be paid in full per season or via a monthly payment plan, with prorated rolling enrollment available.
