LA Select is an elite travel lacrosse club for girls based in Los Angeles, CA. The club states its mission is to improve the competitive identity of Los Angeles and increase the representation of our West Coast athletes in the college lacrosse landscape. PROGRAMS
Programs
LA Select serves youth through high school athletes, offering youth teams for grad years 2030-2036 alongside separate High School Elite tryouts. The club also runs the LA Select Launch Program, a non-competitive training pathway for rising 6th-12th graders in Manhattan Beach and Crescenta Valley that focuses on stickwork, footwork, dodging, and shooting rather than tournament play. Training sessions take place at Mira Costa High School West Field, Waller Stadium at Mira Costa HS, and Crescenta Valley High School. High School Elite tryouts took place in January, while Launch Program training sessions run May–July and the Summer 2026 season begins with Youth tryouts.

Cost to play
Coaches hold current national-governing-body certifications, and the program keeps a published ratio of staff to players at every age group.
Season dues are set annually and cover facility time, tournament entry and uniform kit, with a payment plan available on request.
