Founded in 2020 by Vanessa Windsor, a former NCAA national champion player and collegiate coach, Lax On Elite is an all-girls club lacrosse program operating on Long Island under Lax On LLC. Programs
For the 2025–2026 club year, Lax On Elite fields two teams per age group — Teal A and Black B — for graduation years 2027 through 2036. Teal A is the top-tier roster with 18–20 players competing in national brackets with advanced college-prep training, while Black B carries 22–24 players focused on development and regional tournament play, with flexible mid-year movement between teams based on performance. The calendar features elite tournament play as part of the fall season schedule, along with summer tournament competition and tryouts held in July.

TUITION
Cost to play
Membership for high-school age Elite teams includes recruitment services, and the athlete development model covers 80+ training sessions, strength & conditioning, mental performance coaching, positional clinics, and film review.
