Long Island Empire is a girls' travel lacrosse club fielding teams from 2032/2033 through 2027 graduation years. The organization conducts training sessions at Dynamic Training Facility.

PROGRAMS
Programs
Teams are organized by graduation year for 2027 Green, 2027 White, 2029 Green, 2031 Green, and 2032/2033 Green. The youngest team follows a lighter 4-event summer-only schedule. Fall programming consists of outdoor practices and 2 fall tournament events. Winter training includes 7 indoor practice sessions before outdoor practices continue toward summer events in the spring. The summer season features 4 summer tournament events alongside position training and conditioning.

TUITION
Cost to play
Girls tuition packages include yearly tournament events, all outdoor practices, and 7 indoor practices. Uniform packages provide a sublimated reversible jersey, game day shorts, and New Balance apparel including a tech tee, 1/4 zip jacket, athletic hoodie, and jogger. According to the club, goalie training is included in tuitionat no extra cost.
