Programs
The club organizes teams from the 2028 through 2037 graduation years alongside youth programs for 2037-2039s, split into Black and Red squads per age group. Middle school teams practice 2-3 times weekly, March-May, before all teams practice 2-3 times weekly with free goalie training in the summer, alongside an Off Season Winter Training program and one practice per week to support multi-sport athletes in the fall. Practices and clinics run at regional facilities including Garrison Forrest, Maryvale Prep, and Baltimore Goals.
