Total Select teams, exclusive to girls' lacrosse, bring together players across grad years 2029-2036 for fall premier regional events, spring season play, and summer competition. For younger athletes, the Futures program extends the spring season into June, featuring summer practices at Hillcrest Park, Whitehouse Station, NJ alongside a Girls Summer Camp. The organization also provides seasonal camps, clinics, leagues, and personalized training arranged with staff for technical and tactical development.
