Founded in 2016, Prime Time Girl's Lacrosse operates as a Tri-state area travel club aiming to rank among the top girls lacrosse club programs in the country. The organization fields nine graduation-based travel teams for players in third through eleventh grade, while also running camps, clinics, and events.

Programs
The program fields nine graduation-based travel teams from third through eleventh grade, adhering to a policy of one elite team per grad year. Travel rosters compete in tournaments year-round, with summer teams practicing two to three times weekly and competing at elite national events. During the fall and spring, the club provides Fall Training Clinics and Spring Training Clinics for athletes in grades 3-8. Off-season development continues through winter training, while the program organizes College Recruiting Showcases during the fall and summer months.

TUITION
Cost to play
The club does not publish girls' team tuition schedules, though its site notes that specialized training is included as part of fall and summer tuition on the boys' coaching page.
The girls' program is directed by Jackie Goldmann, a Sacred Heart University alumna and Sacred Heart Greenwich varsity co-head coach, alongside Stephanie Hopkins, a UMass Amherst graduate and former head coach at St. Thomas Aquinas College.
Staff model
Each travel team is assigned its own head coach, drawing from Tri-state areahigh school coaches, former collegiate athletes, and college coaches.
Experienced team leaders
Longtime coaches include Maggie Sharp, a former St. Thomas Aquinas player and assistant coach who has been with the club since its 2016 inception guiding the 2026 team, while Courtney McGrath serves as the 2024 head coach.
Youth head coaches
Youth team leadership includes Lizzy Cazzari for the 2029 team, Emily Englert and Liz Gould for the 2030 team, and Maddie Deegan coaching the 2032 team.
