About Sound Lacrosse

Sound Lacrosse is a Connecticut-based lacrosse club with facilities in Greenwich and at Chelsea Piers CT, drawing players from across Connecticut and New York. The club is ranked girls #31 on US Club Lax. Practices and clinics run at Chelsea Piers, Greenwich Country Day School Back Field, Greenwich Country Day School North Gym, and Offit Field.

Recruiting coordinator access
Sound Lacrosse provides two accessible Recruiting Coordinators for girls players to assist with college recruiting.
College showcase exposure
The program hosts recruiting events, stating its Fall Showcase will feature a minimum of 15 D1 college coaches.
College coach clinics
Through the College Coach Series, 3–4 NCAA Division I–III coaches lead instruction, drills, and scrimmages open to any player regardless of club affiliation.
Year-round training
Athletes can participate in flexible year-round indoor/outdoor training and a Sunday Clinic Series in fall, winter, and spring.
Early player development
For younger athletes, the K–2 Futures program introduces young players to fundamentals in a fun, high-energy environment.
PROGRAMS
Programs

Sound Lacrosse serves girls in grades 3-11 through club teams, while boys club teams run grades 3-6. The developmental pathway features a K-2 Futures program as an entry point, private/small-group lessons, and summer recruiting showcases with D1 college coaches. The winter season includes a 17-week indoor Off-Season Training program at Chelsea Piers and College Coach Series at Chelsea Piers. Programming also includes a Sunday Clinic Series across three seasons, a Fall Speed/Skills Series with team practices, and 6-week Spring Prep team sessions.

TUITION
Cost to play

The published tuition for players includes a $395 Fall Showcase registration fee. The Fall Showcase fee covers station work, small-sided and full-field games, low player-to-coach ratio instruction, and full-field game film for all players. The club indicates 6-week Spring Prep sessions are included in team tuition, but an additional registration/fee applies for current Sound players attending the College Coach Series. Policy states there are absolutely no refunds for recruiting showcases, though an injured athlete with a doctor's note can receive credit toward a future event.

Amber McKenzie serves as Recruiting Director | Head Coach, Keith Radcliffe serves as Head Coach, and Rob Madden manages goalie training and administrative responsibilities.
Specialized coaching
Emma Bolton works as Girls Head Coach | Strength & Conditioning, Goalie, while guest D1-D3 college coaches participate via the College Coach Series.
