South Jersey Select (SJS) is a girls' lacrosse club based in the Moorestown, NJ area with more than 20 years of history. The club states its mission is to develop confident, competitive lacrosse players in a positive and supportive environment while balancing high-level competition with long-term player development. Ranked girls #74 on US Club Lax, SJS is affiliated with the Lax For The Cure Tournament, helping raise more than $12 million for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. PROGRAMS
Programs
SJS runs graduation-year teams from 2027 through 2035 with Pink (A) and Black (B) rosters reflecting current performance level, not just potential. The fall schedule provides weekly practices from September to October alongside three tournaments in October and November, followed by winter indoor '4 Square' training sessions. During the spring season, high school players compete for their school teams while youth players are directed to local recreation programs and NGLL competition. Summer operations feature practices running May through July paired with 4 weekend tournaments, utilizing Bridgeboro Fields at Moorestown High School, Wesley Bishop Turf Fields, and Marlton Field House.

TUITION
Cost to play
The club states fees cover league and tournament entry fees, facility rentals, coaching salaries, administrative costs, and travel logistics. SJS operates a payment structure via Sprocket requiring a deposit plus 10 automatic monthly installments from August to May. Payments are non-refundable, though players with a season-ending injury documented by a doctor's note may receive a 50% credit toward a future season, and needs-based scholarships are available.
