About Team 11

Founded in 2016 by Joey Sankey, Team 11, also known as Sankey Lacrosse, is a boys' and girls' lacrosse club based in Bucks County, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The club states it has grown to over 200 players across eight age groups and has risen to compete with elite clubs across the country. On the national stage, the program is ranked boys #76 on US Club Lax. Field sessions and practices take place across CB West High School, Meyer Way Park, and The George School.

PROGRAMS
Programs

Team 11 fields 9 boys teams spanning classes 2033/34 mixed through 2025, which encompasses roughly 2nd/3rd grade through junior year. The girls' lineup includes 5-6 girls teams spanning classes 2031/32 through 2026, roughly covering 4th grade through freshman year. Rosters are held to about 20-23 players for focused instruction, and high schoolers step back from Team 11 in spring to focus on school lacrosse. Teams train year-round, featuring fall Sunday practices plus 2-3 tournaments/play days in late Oct/early Nov, followed by indoor Sunday training and optional box lacrosse tournaments and league play in the winter. Spring training incorporates Sunday games/practices, weekday sessions, Spring League or exhibition games, before moving into twice-weekly practices and 3-4 tournaments that conclude by mid-July.

TUITION
Cost to play

Team 11 does not publish comprehensive club team tuition figures directly on its public website. Prospective players pay a $50 registration fee to participate in seasonal tryout evaluations. Supplemental programs include Gold Package training at $1,200 per season for youth grades and $950 for high schoolers, alongside Boys Juniors clinics ranging from $185 to $395.

Founder and Owner of Team 11 Joey Sankey is a 3x All-American, UNC all-time points leader, and 2015 Pro Lacrosse Rookie of the Year who coaches across the program and leads recruiting.
Erin Welsh
Assistant Director of Girls Program / Head Coach, 2031 team Erin Welsh was a midfielder at Lasalle University, currently coaches at Archbishop Wood High School, and assists with communication and recruiting.
Defensive development
Widener University alumnus Harry Sankey, Jr serves as Defensive Developmental Coach for High School Players and coaches the 2027 team.
Youth development
Widener University graduate Harry Sankey, Sr acts as Development Coach, Youth and Middle School Players, where he coaches 2029 & 2034 teams.
Offensive coaching
Cabrini College product Ryan Sankey serves as Training and Development Coach, Offensive Players and coaches the 2030 team.
