Founded in 2021, Texas NorthStar Lacrosse is a DFW-based club that notes it provides competitive play and coaching for athletes of all skill levels, working to build character and teamwork alongside lacrosse skills. Nationally, the program is ranked boys #132 on US Club Lax.

PROGRAMS
Programs
Texas NorthStar Lacrosse fields teams organized by graduation year from 2028 through 2035/2036, along with an HS Varsity team. During the spring season, teams travel to competitions such as Nxt Wild Card in late May. The summer tournament schedule includes travel to events such as Texas Brawl, Park City Showdown, Aloha Texas Two-Step, and the Legends Western Invitational.

TUITION
Cost to play
Coaches hold current national-governing-body certifications, and the program keeps a published ratio of staff to players at every age group.
Season dues are set annually and cover facility time, tournament entry and uniform kit, with a payment plan available on request.

Per the club, its coaching staff includes co-founders and several head/assistant coaches assigned to specific graduation-year teams, drawing background from Division 1 collegiate playing experience, PLL involvement, and leadership at Southlake Carroll and Keller Lacrosse.
Program co-founders
Co-Founder Bruce Frady serves as Head Coach and Program Director for Southlake Carroll Lacrosse Association and formerly assisted at UNC-Chapel Hill and Quinnipiac, while Co-Founder Justin Anderson is Head Coach and Program Director for Keller Lacrosse, plays for the Denver Outlaws in the PLL, and is a UNC graduate and 2X All-American.
High school directors
Patrick Diamonon serves as 2028 Head Coach alongside his role as Head Coach/Program Director at Fort Worth Country Day, and holds honors as THSLL Class C Person of Year 2022 and NTLOA Youth Coach of the Year 2024.
Collegiate and pro experience
Staff members include 2029 Head Coach Shawn Lamb, an assistant coach at Southlake Carroll who previously worked in PLL operations and sales, and Coach Nick Sagraves, a former Director of Operations for UNC men's lacrosse and Thunder LB3 Lacrosse regional director who joined in fall 2022.
Youth team coaches
Youth teams are led by 2030 Head Coach Josh Healy, a Keller native and the program's first D1 lacrosse player from Keller High School who has coached with NorthStar since 2023; 2033 Head Coach Jake Hancock, who has been with NorthStar since 2021 and also JV head coach at Southlake Carroll for 4 years; and 2034 Head Coach Cameron Hamway, a former Division 1 midfielder at UMBC and 2019 Adrenaline All-American.
