Competitive pathways include MLS NEXT, NAL, EDP, and Girls Academy ASPIRE teams, with senior opportunities progressing into TSF U23 Men and TSF UPSL Women squads. During the fall season, Junior Academy, Training HUB, and Goalkeeper Training sessions run for enrolled players. The winter season features Winter Select team-based training alongside Elite 7v7/9v9 IDT sessions by invite, while the summer season offers Summer Select team-based training and tryouts for Summer Select teams. Sessions and practices take place across a network of training locations including Hofstra Park, Pio Costa Field, PCTI, Manchester High School, and Barbour's Pond Athletic Fields.

Grassroots and seasonal clinics feature published rates, including six-week Junior Academy and Little Academy sessions at $105 for once-weekly or $185 for twice-weekly attendance, toddler First Kicks classes for $50 per session, and summer camps at $225 per week. Competitive team registration fees are strictly non-refundable under standard club contracts, though parents can purchase an optional $150 Registration Protection Plan providing pro-rated refunds less a $500 deductible for injuries, illness, or relocation.
