Founded in 2006, Xtreme Lacrosse Club is a girls' club lacrosse program based in Central Pennsylvania. PROGRAMS
Programs
Teams span grad years 2026-2033 down to 2034/2035, maintaining roster sizes typically 18-22 including goalies. Annual tryouts are held in July, and all players interested in Xtreme must tryout each year. The program plans to form separate teams for the 2034 and 2035 graduation classes, open respectively to current fourth graders who will be entering fifth grade and current third graders who will be entering fourth grade. Prospective players can attend a free clinic at Journey field on Monday, June 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm if they are registered for tryouts. The fall season includes weekend practices and several one-day tournaments from September through November, while winter training features indoor skill-development practices/training at a fieldhouse in January-February. Spring features a limited season for 7th/8th grades with games and practices alongside rec play, followed by a summer season of 2-3 practices weekly plus four multi-day tournamentsthrough mid-July. Training takes place at Manheim Township fields, Journey field, Spooky Nook Lanco, and Lanco Fieldhouse.
